How saving works. The Editor's Save changes button builds a changes.csv and downloads it. On a phone that lands in your Downloads folder. To apply the edits, move that file into the Budget Project folder on your computer (or send it to Claude) and it gets applied on the next pipeline run. Nothing is written back automatically.
This is a snapshot. The data here is baked in as of the date above. It refreshes when the pipeline is re-run and these files are re-uploaded — it does not update on its own.
